Worst Company to work for - Anonymous employee PhoneTree Employee Review

Upper management is horrible. CEO is the worst. High turn over even in management positions. There is a click within HR/Management. Private information is gossiped about in HR, which intern gets out. Company is financially unstable. Pay checks have bounced in the past. Company is riding on product that was invented in the 80s but fails to adapter to the times. Benefits have gone down since I started. Which I have never experienced before at a company. Just an overall horrible place to work. Some employees are nice, but others will stab you in the back without blinking.
