The work-life balance works well for me, and the company is understanding when it comes to personal appointments like visiting the dentist or doctor — there’s no unnecessary stress or drama around it. There are also plenty of benefits, including a gym, dental cover, private healthcare, a company car, regular social events outside of work, and support with professional development, such as courses and training. The pay is good, food is ordered into the office three times a week, and having dogs in the office is a really nice bonus that I personally love.
