You are not the master of your own destiny. If the endoscopy company has problems, or physicians don't want to use this company, you are screwed. Plus the new management team hired new managers. Some of these managers are the best. I worked for some. Others are horrible that don't have a clue regarding leadership. I know of outstanding sales people that are on performance reviews due to endoscopy company problems. The rep has done nothing wrong. If your numbers go down due to karl storz problems, you will get canned. Management does this to save their jobs. If a territory suffers from an equipment issue, you are fired. Investors are breathing down the throats of upper management.
