I can't think of any pros except that the benefits are good. The people at the Industrial Ave facility are very nice...

The NPR office is small, and toxic. Not an ideal environment, unless you would rather wear 20 hats instead of doing what you were hired for. Management will tell you that they will not train you, you need to find your own training. You will need a very thick skin too, as management is unforgiving and micromanages everybody to death.
