      Decent benefits, guaranteed hours, provided uniforms.

      Constantly getting messaged to come in on your days off, needing to find your own coverage, but the PRN staff hired to cover shifts are already working due to not enough staff hired or never available. Also, constantly staying after already working 12 hours everyday.
