Politics, favoritism - Anonymous employee Physicians Transport Service Employee Review

Too much favoritism, too much politics. Supervisors have clearly never learned the most important part of supervisory: People only work to make a living. Real supervisors serve their people, not the other way around. Supervisors here hate to be challenged, and when they are they start to get too into politics. That's a clear indicator that the supervisors have ego problems, problems with wanting power. They dont listen or bother to help. Other workers do nothing or call out all the time, yet seem to get everything they want from supervisors.
