A CMO or a Co-packer 's blood line is production efficiency and direct labor utlization. Managing by the numbers is a good thing and the company does that. However, there has to be a system to take action items once the opportunities are identified by the numbers and if possible, reward the teams accordingly (pay for performance).
Plus, the leadership can't be biased to family members working there, which is the case.
This can be taken as opportunities for improvement rather than cons.
