- Management does seem to care about wanting employees to develop and achieve their personal goals on some level - Relaxed environment - Top Management seems honest and sincere in its communication
Cons
- Favouritism within the team, personal favourites - Manager doesn’t have time for you (unless you are one of their personal favourites) - Uneven work responsibilities (some people have too much to do, others too little). - Manager doesn’t know how to delegate, takes on too many tasks themselves - Departments operate in silos - not enough collaboration or effective teamwork - Little room for growth
