i have had a n awesome time working at this company i cant really think of any cons.

The clients unfortunately at times are the only pro.

you ARE replaceable. Easily. I recommend keeping another job or some sort of income in your back-pocket. you should NOT speak up. If you have a heart to work with vulnerable adults and minors, I recommend you work somewhere else. They will not accept anyone who speaks up. it is NOT ALL about the free food, fun, and benefits. you do not always have time for the free food. you do not always have the fun working with behavioral clients. you do not receive benefits easily. you need to earn them. I recommend you work hard, but stand your ground. know how to say no. do not become over-worked.
