      Small team will provide with an opportunity to work through the entire SDLC, Recommended to enhance technical skills. Engineers do get to work on project management from an early stage.

      Cons

      Few resources so can be challenging at times. New projects do get shelved periodically and can be frustrating at times.

      Pros

      Pi has a great culture full of friendly and professional people. The work was very diverse and I would consider this an engineering dream job for someone who likes the small company environment.

      Cons

      Its a small company and highly sensitive to the ebb and flow of incoming business.
