Schedule is flexible at times, usually busy, great people to work with, laid back (sometimes too much though)

Very little planning on anything related to service department. Seems to be wait until a minor problem becomes a major one and then wait until someone complains before it's addressed. Shop is in embarrassingly poor condition for a dealership. Tripping and slipping hazards all through the shop. Poor and at most times not working exhaust ventilation system. Shop equipment is cheap, dangerous and broken. Poor lighting in shop. Parts department lacks enough parts and is not equipped to handle the number of technicians in shop.
