- work environment can be highly toxic (depends on the group leader you have and depends on how much you interact with one of the three bosses): a) one of the group leaders is notoriously known to have public emotional outrages, yelling at team mates and undermining them b) one of the three bosses possibly has insecurities as she micromanages people a lot and condescendently explains even the most basic information; she can be very dramatic when she gives you "the talk" and it happens for her to criticise you without knowing the full context possibly making you feel useless and incompetent in the process; the same manager was passive-aggressive while criticising one FOR RESPECTING THE 8H WORKTIME! - they have confusing and useless requests like personality tests and feedback for team members; the feedback that was given was mostly ignored and the personality tests were a fiasco as teams would still have conflicting people in them - winter vacation is an (almost) forced vacation for the entire office, taking 5 to 10 vacation days (depends on the year) from the annualy 21 available. - "salary-rises" given in food tickets (food tickets are not given during vacation days!) - there is a lot of birocracy created as feedback shouldn't be directly given to the management, but the group leaders instead; the group leaders can sometimes "filter" the feedback and they also have a strong word when asking for a pay rise; as a consequence, having a good relationship with your group leader, no matter how toxic she/he can possibly be, can give you higher chances for a pay-rise - superficial and weak communication between office mates
