Supervisors were flexible. Employees are friendly. Independent work style with minimal supervision. Provides full running working AEC Suite seats for advanced users - a huge time saver and increases productivity.
Cons
401K match was stopped and started frequently. Tuition reimbursement is poor. Unbalanced workloads due to lax employees, low retention rate of skilled/trained employees, and aggressive timelines. Sub-par equipment for performance intensive programs. Lack of proper training and development for new programs, new equipment, new employees.
