      Pros

      Do conduct outings twice a year. Most of your colleagues will be friendly here. Limited Politics.

      Cons

      Limited growth and learning. Time tracker makes you feel like a slave. Unpaid overtime, and they make you work for more than fifteen hours. (Sometimes management will buy you biryani or take you to some fancy restaurant to compensate you) Judgmental of taking your own unplanned leave.

      Pros

      I had a wonderful internship experience at Picktime. My seniors were incredibly supportive and assisted me at every step. We enjoyed great team outings and fun activities. Overall a great internship experience and an amazing workplace for a fresher.

      Cons

      No cons to mention, just a piece of advice: consider joining the organization only if you are passionate about learning and contributing to a great product. If you are seeking a position where you can get paid without putting in the effort, this may not be the right fit for you.
