Pros

- Young, enthusiastic team which comes up with a lot of ideas - Great atmosphere and start-up culture - Challenging tasks - Really innovative and disruptive start-up - Job involves continual learning

Cons

Don't have anything to say about cons. Working hours are bit longer than in corporation, but this's what you expected in each start-up.

Pros

- weekly releases - friday drinks - nice colleagues - free lunches - nice office building

Cons

If you are a developer, you should know that the Company is a super-market, NOT a technology company. Developers here provide features, not expertise to the business (you will be support of it at most). The bad: - excessive and long code reviews with focus on personal style of leads - priorities are changed weekly - 0 compensation for extrra hours - CTO neglects development team - CEO pushes people around on weekly calls - very little support if you come from another country -salary is way below average
