Thank you for your feedback! We offer free hot meals, beverages and plenty of snacks for our team members. Awesome that you enjoyed this benefit. As you have mentioned, sometimes our Shoppers can take groceries home, too. However, we are sorry that you did not enjoy your time as a Picnic employee entirely. We are aware that our locations are slightly outside the city center and that the shift times may therefore be difficult for employees located further away. Unfortunately, we cannot change this. The shift times are chosen to ensure a well-structured process, as we deliver to our customers on the same day as picking and can therefore guarantee them fresh food. Our recruiters always try to be transparent about the shift and travel times and discuss with the candidates exactly how long the journey would take. In order to plan your work schedule, we ask you to regularly submit your availability for a period of 5 weeks so that you can be assigned suitable shifts. You have to provide us with 2 more shifts each week than you would actually work. Regarding the stated issues with our management could you please contact us and provide us with more information? feedback.supplychain@teampicnic.com We are constantly trying to improve wherefore we are highly appreciating your feedback, thank you so much. Emma - Team Picnic

Pros

- Young, enthusiastic team which comes up with a lot of ideas - Great atmosphere and start-up culture - Challenging tasks - Really innovative and disruptive start-up - Job involves continual learning

Cons

Don't have anything to say about cons. Working hours are bit longer than in corporation, but this's what you expected in each start-up.

Pros

- weekly releases - friday drinks - nice colleagues - free lunches - nice office building

Cons

If you are a developer, you should know that the Company is a super-market, NOT a technology company. Developers here provide features, not expertise to the business (you will be support of it at most). The bad: - excessive and long code reviews with focus on personal style of leads - priorities are changed weekly - 0 compensation for extrra hours - CTO neglects development team - CEO pushes people around on weekly calls - very little support if you come from another country -salary is way below average
