Toxic culture, fire and replace. Hybrid working - Engineer Pico Employee Review

Toxic culture from the management. Only 1% has been with the company from first 2 years of starting. They fire ppl , lay off and rehire. Even top guys get demoted and forced out. Job not secure and everyone is concerned. I can count about 15 engineers gone in 3.5 years in a team of about 8people. Please ask about this before getting in
