Run by a dictator whose need to control everyone and everything is sickening! His verbal abuse is beyond comprehension. A cheap little man who hides behind his wealth. He immigrated from an oppressive regime, so you would think he would be a more tolerant, gracious, decent human being, but he apparently his wealth has blinded him and only boosted his addiction for power. One can only hope he loses it all some day and finds some humility.
