      Unless you are starving & desperate please do not work here.

      Cons

      The owner is very unprofessional and is condescending to all his workers. He has the final say so everything is robotically done on his terms. There is zero work/life balance. Expect to work 12 hour days at a really low salary. The atmosphere is always negative & tense and unless you want to have a breakdown, definitely not worth it. The other employees are all unhappy, back stabbing individuals. Expect to get zero help here. No office culture. Stay away!

      Cons

      Run by a dictator whose need to control everyone and everything is sickening! His verbal abuse is beyond comprehension. A cheap little man who hides behind his wealth. He immigrated from an oppressive regime, so you would think he would be a more tolerant, gracious, decent human being, but he apparently his wealth has blinded him and only boosted his addiction for power. One can only hope he loses it all some day and finds some humility.
