- lack of communication & management - no possibilities to grow professionally (one should spend several years until you reach the top - being a Country Manager) - no HR and meetings - no constructive feedback - very bad vibes from office & hr team (they treat as an enemy) - small salary

- there are free car park for emloyees but require 3 min walk to the main building - kitchen is often too loud - small room for bikes
