Extremely high-pressure environment with little to no flexibility Short break times (only 15-minute tea and 30-minute lunch) despite long hours on the phones Strict and controlling management style – agents are not allowed to use phones at their desks, and time away from calls is constantly monitored Very limited room to be human — being late (even with valid reasons) or being absent twice in three months can cost you your job Rotational weekend shifts with no work-life balance Efforts often go unnoticed; performance feedback is vague and unconstructive

There are some genuinely nice people there, and the product is really interesting to work on. The business is genuinely going strong as it has good clients and great business growth prospects, the business is not at risk of going anywhere but up.

Your items aren't safe in the office, they change policies every week because they don't know what they want to do, they aren't disciplined in getting things done. The pay is average, there's no benefits. The only career growth is through management. There's little to no work life balance, the company is only willing to provide average, but expects you to provide above average.
