      Piedmont does a great job of recognizing and developing talented employees. New ideas or approaches are well-received. Management is happy to be a resource throughout the company, and learning and growth are encouraged. Excellent work/life balance.

      Employees rarely leave the company, so opportunities for advancement are limited. Some areas can be somewhat slow to embrace change.

      Culture needs more diversity. They are still very much stay the same as it was 20 years ago.
