Pros
Chill, easy retail role. I was quickly promoted from an associate to a team lead because I had prior retail experience and was very reliable.
Cons
It's retail, so it's rough. People can be sweet, people can be cruel. My coworkers were all of varying ages and experience, but turnover was so high that we hardly had the chance to get to know each other and grow together.
