The compensation provided is good.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience; work culture is pretty toxic due to high level office politics. HR as well as senior management are slow to respond to concerns and issues. Lot of immediate employees are there only due to nepotism, and certain people exhibit jealousy and insecurity. I would advice anyone who is looking to join as an intern to rethink their decision as during my 5 month internship, I had no learning. They made me leave project after a month as there was not "immediate requirement" for it, and had me work on problems that are given to full-time employees. My internship certificate as well as the full-time conversion decision was stalled for almost a month.
