Pros

1.Small company so you can know end to end flow of work 2. Good HR policy 3. Good Remuneration

Cons

1. Agile is followed as Fragile here, it is only on paper. 2. There has to be some concrete plan to achieve yearly objectives. Sadly achieving those are always doubtful based on the existing process - No appropriate priortization of features, never freezing requirements, Alternate flows/scenarios not thought by product and lastly unrealistic deadlines for development team which compromises the quality. There is Constant rat race to accomplish ever changing goals and releases. 3. Top level management is not aware of ground reality nor they want to know. They always rely ONLY on the old wily FOX product Mgmt team who crafted the art of sharing one sided story. Development team is made a scapegoat for all the issues :(  There are no questions asked to product management for extreme levels of chaos or blunders made. 4. Product team instead of focusing on REQUIREMENTS try to impose and  provide inputs in project planning which is not their forte. 5. No proper opportunities provided to expand technical skills. 6. People are switched from one task to another like it's some construction site work going on. Dumbsheets are used as a weapon of truth where plans and priorities change daily.  7. Project managers are treated as slaves by upper level management and only bombarded with expectations without giving any directions and not valuing feedback.
