Pros
When I look back at my experience at Pierre, the only pro I can think of is that I got experience.
Cons
Everything. This place was a nightmare on wheels. I have absolutely no good feelings about my time here. I'm so glad to have found a company after Pierre that actually cares about its people, pays a livable wage for technical work, and understands there is a life outside of work. I remember someone there saying they were looking for people that are "Hungry". What that told me was greedy. Personally that's the worst of human sin. But that's what Pierre is all about. I remember being told that they're "Coaching" everyone. I've had a lot of coaches and none of them treated me as poorly as Pierre. Who ever wrote the last bad review had it spot on, and I couldn't have said it better. The people who wrote the good reviews are obviously in Joes pocket, or as all of his employees call them his "Cheerleaders". I would say "Tools". In the end, if your trying to get into the industry, take the job. Don't expect that this is a career place. They say they're "Growing" and there's all the opportunity in the world. The only thing growing is their head.
