Wonderful and supportive colleagues Working for such a worthy cause - very sad that I am no longer helping people in crisis

Too many managers . None of them leaders who inspire staff Toxic environment Staff micro managed and not consulted or listened to Poor planning and communication Understood need for redundancies but how the process was handled was haphazard and caused undue stress and upset to all involved
