      Pros

      - lower level staff friendly, welcoming and couldn’t be more helpful and understanding - being involved for a great cause - helping those with suicide ideation & bereavement

      Cons

      - too many managers - staff not listened too - ideas/ solutions not taken on board -mental health of staff not considered nevermind a priority - allowances made for some staff and not others - zero staff retention plans - very slow hire process - given jobs outside your job spec but wrapped up as “career development” - poor project management

      Pros

      Good culture so far, promote employee development, good line management, felt valued when came up against problems, shift flexibility, great collegial network

      Cons

      Pay isn’t great, night shifts are hard and rolling shift pattern means therapist is find consistent alternative private work challenging. Don’t really know top tier management, very much cocooned within a team.
