It's such a beautiful and peaceful place. The team is fantastic, like a family. The residents are fascinating -highly intellectual and funny.
Cons
HR department is very bias- which is certainly not a good look for HR. For being so concerned with lawsuits, they harbor so many grounds for one. For a professional who is focused on furthering their career, it was clear to me that HR was only concerned with furthering their soap-opera perspective of minuscule matters. Very discouraging & unappealing. I did not feel comfortable working with HR at all.
