The pay is good compared to most other nursing homes. And the majority of the residents are a joy to work with. Benefits are awesome.
Cons
Some of the long term residents are very demanding. Especially the "pilgrims" who come from the retirement community. To be fair, it's a 5 star facility so they expect 5 star treatment, but they have to understand that it's not a hotel and we can have 10 people or more to take care of at one time.
