      Pros

      Decent pay. Nice kitchens.

      Cons

      Horrible benefits. Long hours. The worst management team possible. The CEO is a hot head. Everyone in the company avoids him for good reason. It is hard to believe that Lions's Gate still allows him to "work"there. Bad working conditions. They will do everything to deny your unemployment. Do yourself a HUGE favor and work elsewhere.

      Excellent people to work with. Worked from home. Flexible, fun, creative work.

      Cons

      Most of the people are now gone, and the company which was bought out by Lionsgate, no longer exists as it was.

      Pros

      They have a lot of systems in place to make sure workflow is smooth and I loved the shows I was working on.

      Cons

      The many systems and other departments in place can take some getting used to.
