Great people to work with. Not the hardest job ever. Lots of downtime at work.

They take seniority seriously, meaning if you have worked at a place longer they have to ask you first if their is a promotion or the like.

The management seemed quite racist overall. I had to go to the office on downtown Boston several times and was "greeted" in a very hostile manner by the person at the front desk. They also had a habit of ordering you around like a prisoner: "sir, sit down... SIT DOWN!" I brought this up with the HR person at the time who simply shrugged their shoulders and said, "well, that's just how they are..." The managers typically are cowardly and lazy. so if you are stuck with a coworker who is abusive, making threats and just refuses to come in, the manager will not do anything. Also, working parking garages can be uncomfortable as they are very rarely climate controlled. It may even be dangerous depending on where you work.
