      Pros

      You get the hours to make for a decent check. The people are generally friendly. There is always growth opportunities in the building.

      Cons

      Clocking in at 6am to get overtime then having to get it signed off on by another shift supervisor and eventually not getting paid for it before there was a glitch in the matrix sucks. Also the turnover rate is literally unreal. You could be working with someone for a day or less and they're gone. Some show up to get a one week check and leave. But it's hard to want to focus and go all in for a company that hires ANYBODY.
