Cons
•some mechanics are unreliable, and won't show up to work putting their work on everyone els. •preventative maintenance is a joke, and no one takes it seriously causing breakdowns. •management moves around a lot, new faces and new polices. •production managers breath down your neck at high pressure moments causing everyone to get nervous and stressed making it a safety issue. •some management doesn't allow you to enjoy and or finish break. •long 12 hour shifts, and if the calls are high sometimes you don't get a break. •parts are never in stock
