Shipping Management - Shipping Manager Pilgrim's Employee Review

Thanks for the feedback – we really do appreciate it. Leadership has always been important in the workplace and is not always easy. We do try and align leaders and teams to create a great working environment but sometimes we get it wrong. We are spending a great deal of time and effort in an attempt to change the leaderships way of thinking to better fit the Pilgrim’s culture. These efforts do take time reach and we have indeed made great strides.
