Horrible, but it pays the bills. - Grader Pilgrim's Employee Review

I've been to HR multiple times about racism and discrimination & have been told that I'm overreacting. Hispanic people are taking over this plant and obviously trying to get rid of white people. It's very discouraging. I have great experience and great customer service & when I came to work here, none of that was appreciated. As long as you're Hispanic, you'll grow with the company. Also, no one that's actually on drugs will get drug tested, just to save the time from firing someone. Not enough pay and benefits for what we do and put up with on a daily basis.
