The staff at head office are extremely rude, threatening and trials unsupportive of staff. Totally ignorant when it comes to communication as they never answer emails. If you eventually get an answer on the phone you are asked to email and that's the last you hear. Do not care about staff or patients, only interested in money. Do not pay locums or staff on time if at all
