      Pros

      Flexible, remote position Lots of great experience doing a variety if projects for a all different types of clients

      Cons

      The owner is often harsh and unnecessary cruel and expects contractors to read his mind. He also treats them like his employees at times, rather than contractors.

      Pros

      I have worked with PilmerPR for the past 6 years and really enjoy it. The hours are flexible and, because I am a contractor, I get to take on the tasks that interest me according to my own talents and abilities. John Pilmer is open to new ideas and sticks up for his employees.

      Cons

      1099, No benefits, Small team means that occasionally we are overwhelmed with work.

      work from home get to enjoy being a stay at home mom and working around family John is very flexible and understand with family schedule take on lots of leadership roles and try new things

      Disciple to work from home being accountable to yourself can be hard team is small so there's lots to do
