Firstly C.Pilot doesn't care about his employees,he holds your job by a thin piece of thread,you are just a number on a list.You don't only have the pressure of dealing with insured who are distraught but have the additional pressure that is dumped on you is unreal. There isnt any job security and if you even mention a raise,your shut down so quick. Your work doesn't dictate a promotion,it's who you know.
