Pros
If you can suffer through the mediocrity, you can have a mediocre retirement.
Cons
Mediocrity is the management style while bragging about customer service, but it all starts with the PMs and their management just being mediocre. One catch phrase on quality was PTS (pays the same) on wether to go the extra mile or not. Nothing is rewarded, so most just PTS their way through the day.
