-Majority of staff is great. -Retirement plan is good if you can afford it. -Good health benefits. -Good opportunity to learn about local government.
Cons
-Poor work life balance multiple blackout periods a year for months at a time, -12% mandatory retirement deduction for full time staff. -$80.00 per month to park at the building. -Admin is clicky and unsupportive. -Lot's of micromanaging and scapegoating. -Little to no training or support. -High turn around rate for staff who are commonly set up to fail.
