      everyone is so excited about what we are doing as a company. We have some of the smartest and most passionate people in the industry. Work-life balance is great too.

      Pros

      Flexible working space and hours. 100% remote first (though if you live in ATL, you can go into the office) if you choose. Great team dynamic.

      Cons

      Like any small company/startup, opportunities for advancement are somewhat limited, but even then, you can still get promoted and raises are pretty consistent.
