      Pros

      If you like free travel at company expense, great place to be in. If you like to shirk work and blame others with politics, greater still (often it'll be people on their way out, coz good people are always leaving).

      Cons

      No learning or mentorship. Uncouth leaders. Terrible exit experience on top of that.
