      Pros

      They genuinely care about employees and how jobs are a big part of life.

      Cons

      Employee turn over. People don’t respect the job and ultimately don’t respect their co-workers who are putting in the work while maintaining integrity. Unproductive and negligent behavior isn’t held accountable.
