Pros
The staff and students are wonderful. Very much a family environment with regards to the staff relations. The students are about the same as you will expect from other schools in the same demographic, and they are really good kids.
Cons
The administration is very unprofessional and difficult to work for. Very low level of moral and job security. They hire teachers that are under qualified for positions and promise them support, which they are not given. The administration, rather than fostering a team environment with parents and staff, very much creates a teacher vs. parent environment, which goes against their entire ideal. They fire teachers at whim with not one regard to how the students will be affected in these situations. Every year starts with many new teachers, and very few return for a second year.
