Great team and coworkers. Basically everyone from shift managers down.
Cons
Upper management. This place is run purely to feed the ego of one man. He enjoys gas lighting his staff (every week he changes the expectations set, often times to the exact opposite of what was said the week prior), moving unqualified individuals into management who don't know enough to question him, lying about his "fine dining" experience, and smelling his own farts. *That last one may not be based in fact. Otherwise, it's a great place to work too many hours, never receive positive reinforcement, and share your money with a bunch of people who know they don't have to work hard for it. Tip pools are literally practicing communism. Crazy how all the business owners who made their $ in a free market economy love switching to communist practices when deciding what to do with their basically free labors' money...
