They sell deals they can't really implement, and railroad employees to pad their resumes to look like if they can. They pressure employees to cross sell when it's not appropriate, and treat every single technical task as a potential sales transaction. They lie to their clients, and do not act In the clients best interest. The org chart looks like a ball of yarn after a kitten got done playing with it, and the executives will alternately sit on their hands while things go down the toilet, and then micromanage every aspect of a project, and throw their employees under the bus if things don't work out as they hoped.
