Pros
They provide WFH. Only this is the Pros I can think of.
Cons
The workplace environment is quite unhealthy. Long working hours are treated as normal, and employees are often expected to stay late or work weekends without any additional compensation. Questioning the workload is usually discouraged with the explanation that everyone else is doing the same. Most decisions are controlled by top management, leaving managers with little independence to support their teams. Expectations from leadership are often unpredictable and not aligned with the actual project workload. The company also does very little to support employee learning or exposure to new technologies. There are no proper learning programs or platforms provided, which makes professional growth difficult. Overall, the culture feels heavily management-driven rather than employee-focused, creating unnecessary pressure on teams.
