Pros

Work from home is the only pros

Cons

My experience at Pingahla was disappointing. The company lacks proper structure and leadership, which often leads to confusion in day-to-day work. Expectations can be unrealistic, and employees are expected to manage multiple responsibilities without adequate support or clear direction. Although the company follows a work-from-home model, communication and alignment are not handled well. Priorities change frequently without clear explanation, making it difficult to plan work effectively. There is also very little proper training, so employees are often expected to figure things out on their own. Workload can be heavy, resulting in long working hours, while salary increments remain low compared to the expectations. Overall, the environment feels disorganized and stressful, with limited transparency around expectations and growth.

Pros

Nothing comes to mind, really.

Cons

The "executive team" are a crew of old buddies who couldn't hack it at bigger companies and started their own. They sell deals they can't really implement, and railroad employees to pad their resumes to look like if they can. They pressure employees to cross sell when it's not appropriate, and treat every single technical task as a potential sales transaction. They lie to their clients, and do not act In the clients best interest. The org chart looks like a ball of yarn after a kitten got done playing with it, and the executives will alternately sit on their hands while things go down the toilet, and then micromanage every aspect of a project, and throw their employees under the bus if things don't work out as they hoped.
