Pros

There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy given to employees at Pinion. We have a mix of in-office, remote and hybrid employees who are treated like professionals and structuring their work accordingly. There is a strong emphasis on professional development and investing in the employees with extensive learning and development as well as internal coaches and advisors to support them.

Cons

Pinion is very forward thinking and does not stand still so there is a consistent level of change that is not for everyone. This isn't necessarily a "Con" for all but challenging for some.

Pros

There are talented and good people scattered within the org.

Cons

If you’re a student with multiple offers, do yourself a favor and take a hard look at all of them before choosing Pinion. In my experience, I was regularly told not to worry about hours, to bill all of my time, and that I was progressing well. I received excellent feedback, made rapid improvements, was repeatedly told I was doing great, only to be terminated 5 minutes after busy season ended for 'not meeting expectations'. What expectations? Details? Literally any kind of meaningful feedback? Nah, unable to provide a single example. If you're looking to start a career and want to find an environment where you'll learn, grow, and receive honest feedback, keep looking.
