There is a lot of flexibility and autonomy given to employees at Pinion. We have a mix of in-office, remote and hybrid employees who are treated like professionals and structuring their work accordingly. There is a strong emphasis on professional development and investing in the employees with extensive learning and development as well as internal coaches and advisors to support them.

Pinion is very forward thinking and does not stand still so there is a consistent level of change that is not for everyone. This isn't necessarily a "Con" for all but challenging for some.

The firm’s continued focus on M&A activity has enormously diluted culture and created inconsistent expectations across offices. Standards vary widely, communication is often unclear, and most of the time its associates left exposed when following conflicting direction. Meaningful, honest feedback is difficult to get.
